Our Covid-19 Response, 9 March 2021
In view of the new Coronavirus variant(s) which are more transmissible, we are reviewing our COVID procedures. We are asking customers to pay by contactless again, wherever possible, to reduce the risks of transmission.
We are still restricting the number of shoppers to 3 individuals at any one time. Hand sanitiser is available near the door and we ask everyone to use this or their own if they wish to browse or touch stock. For those who cannot use hand sanitiser because of skin sensitivity, we would ask them not to touch any stock but ask for assistance from staff on duty. The door will remain open despite the cold or we shall provide alternative ventilation.
Refills for cleaning liquids and toiletries are still available in-store - just allow a little extra time for bottle washing.

Deliveries are still available but as most customers have switched to click and collect, there are no set delivery days. We know some customers are in high risk groups so are shielding or self-isolating, and deliveries are ideal for them and will be available whenever needed. If you have a condition where special precautions need to be taken, let us know and we shall try to help.
We despatch lighter items such as jewellery, accessories, greetings cards, knitwear and bamboo socks etc. by post or My Hermes for a small charge. If you are ordering online, please give details of a safe place for parcels to be left is you are not at home when your order is delivered.
