These toys are great for imaginative play, fine motor skills, hand eye coordination, sorting, language development and story telling. They are made in Sri Lanka on a fair trade basis.

Lanka Kade Educational Foundation
Lanka Kade also run an educational foundation which provides books and pencils to ensure all children have equal access to education. They also provide a cup of milk and for some children attending school, this is the only sustenance they will receive during the day. Since this milk was introduced, teachers have reported much improved concentration and contribution from the children.
Whenever a Lanka Kade toy is purchased a portion of the money is going directly to this.
